המדבקה שלא יורדת

בפסח לפני שש שנים קיבלתי מדבקה שלא יורדת.
כתוב עליה MS או בעברית "טרשת נפוצה".
הסתבר בדיעבד שהמדבקה הזו היתה בלתי נראית כמעט עשור וחצי קודם. מתלווים אליה פינוקים ויחס מועדף, מלא שאלות ומבטים, לפעמים עצבים של אנשים שלא מבינים שיש לי מדבקה, כי אני נראית כל כך נהדר ולא רואים עלי. טרשת היא מחלה סבבה כזו, היא באה מתי שבא לה (אצלי יותר בקיץ) והולכת מתי שבא לה גם, לפעמים היא נותנת הרגשה של אורחים חסרי טאקט שלא הבינו שהמארח עייף, או שזה לא הזמן. החודש הבא הוא חודש המודעות לטרשת, אני לא מחכה עד אז, הנה התובנה המרכזית מחיים לצידה טרשת היא כמו ילד, היא צריכה גבולות! הגבול הראשון הוא בתודעה, להסביר לה בשיחה נעימה אך סמכותית שהייתם כאן לפניה ואינשאללה תהיו גם אחריה. לא נגמרתם בבואה ואין לכם תוכניות לפנות לה את השליטה בחיים שלכם. הגבול הבא הוא דואלי, מצד אחד להקשיב לגוף מתי אי אפשר יותר ולעצור מייד, לא למשוך עוד קצת, שלא תעירו אותה. מצד שני, כשאתם בוחרים להתפנק ולא לעשות משהו, תעשו חשבון נפש אם זה תרצת נפוצה, לא שחלילה אסור להתפנק ולהתעצל, אבל שננו לעצמכם שזה לא קשור לטרשת. הגבול האחרון הוא שמה שלא הצלחת אתמול אולי תצליח מחר, אפשר לנסות להזיז את הגבול הישן והמוכר של מגבלות המחלה, מקסימום נפתיע את עצמנו. קיץ בריא על כולנו.
